At MY Pittsburgh Gutters, we help homeowners protect their roofline, siding, yard, basement, and foundation with gutters that move water where it should go. We are a family-owned local gutter company led by Gino, and we’ve spent more than 10 years working on homes in Pittsburgh, PA and nearby communities.
Whether you need new gutters, clean gutters, a quick repair, or a full gutter replacement, our goal is to protect your home from water damage and give you a gutter system you can trust.
Pittsburgh homes deal with heavy rain, hillside lots, mature trees, older fascia boards, aging rooflines, and harsh freeze-thaw cycles. Our job is simple: inspect the problem, explain your options, and recommend the gutter repair, cleaning, replacement, or installation that makes sense.
We install and replace gutter systems for homeowners dealing with overflowing gutters, poor drainage, sagging runs, leaking seams, rust, corrosion, or gutters pulling away from the roofline. Before we recommend replacement, we look at the full system: roof edge, fascia boards, gutter pitch, downspouts, yard drainage, and water volume.
Proper installation matters. Gutters need the right slope, strong hangers, correctly sized downspouts, and clean transitions so heavy rain can move away from the house. Proper gutter pitch is necessary for efficient water runoff. When a new system is the right choice, we explain material, style, size, and warranty options before the project starts.
Seamless gutters are popular for Pittsburgh homes because they are custom cut on-site for a precise fit. With fewer joints than traditional sectional gutters, seamless gutters improve water flow, reduce common leak points, and are less prone to damage from extreme weather when installed properly.
We can discuss 5-inch and 6-inch seamless gutters depending on your roof size, pitch, drainage needs, and the volume of water your home handles during heavy rain. A properly installed seamless gutter system can last for years, often decades, with the right material, slope, downspouts, and routine maintenance. Seamless gutters also require less frequent repairs than many traditional sectional systems.
Not every gutter problem requires new gutters. Many homeowners call us for gutter repair when they notice leaks, loose gutters, sagging sections, separated corners, damaged hangers, overflow, or water landing too close to the foundation.
Our repair work may include resecuring gutters, correcting pitch, repairing leaks, replacing damaged sections, improving downspout flow, or identifying fascia damage that needs attention. If repair is enough, we will tell you. If replacement is the better long-term value, we will explain why.
Clean gutters are one of the simplest ways to prevent water damage. Leaves, roof grit, sticks, pine needles, and debris can block water flow, cause overflow, and push water into places it should never go. In Pittsburgh, many homes should have gutter cleaning at least twice a year, especially near large trees.
Our gutter cleaning process focuses on restoring flow, not just removing visible debris. Gutter cleaning includes flushing downspouts when needed to check for clogs and confirm that water can drain away from the house. If we see leaks, improper pitch, loose hangers, corrosion, or fascia concerns, we let you know.
Gutter guards help reduce seasonal cleaning by managing leaf debris before it fills the gutter system. They do not mean your gutters never need attention, but the right system can reduce buildup, improve water flow, and lower maintenance demands.
We help homeowners compare gutter guards honestly. Some homes need them, some do not, and some need cleaning or repairs before guards should be installed. We look at your roof, trees, debris type, gutter size, and downspout layout before making a recommendation.
A gutter system is only as good as its downspouts. If downspouts are clogged, undersized, disconnected, or dumping water too close to the house, even good gutters can cause foundation and yard problems.
Some older Pittsburgh homes also have box gutters or complex drainage details. Box gutters require careful attention because leaks can affect roof edges, trim, siding, and interior spaces.
The main advantages of working with MY Pittsburgh Gutters are loyalty to our customers and effective maintenance of their homes.

I had a major problem with my gutters and decided to call My Pittsburgh Gutters. From the very beginning, their team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They inspected the issue, explained everything clearly, and recommended a full gutter replacement. The crew completed a complete gutter replacement for my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation was done on time, the workmanship was excellent, and the new gutters look fantastic. They also kept the work area clean and made the entire process stress-free. I live in Swisshelm Park, and it’s great to know there is a local company that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. I am extremely satisfied with my new replacement gutters and would highly recommend My Pittsburgh Gutters to anyone looking for gutter replacement or repair services. Thank you, My Pittsburgh Gutters!Posted on Google Morgan EvansTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We contacted My Pittsburgh Gutters via the internet to set up an estimate. It was easy to navigate their website and schedule at a convenient time. Gino, the owner, communicated via text to confirm his arrival and was very timely! Upon arrival, he explained his entire process to us and after talking to us about what we wanted, we went back inside, and Gino went to work outside with a ladder, measuring tape, etc. to prepare the quote. Shortly thereafter we received his quote via email and text we received the estimate—and it was awesome! He used a drone to capture awesome photos and videos. (He even told us our roof was in good shape and his sister company also does roofs! That type of honestly let us know he wasn’t trying to upsell something that didn’t need done!) After we got the quote, we were a little bit unsure of our color selection, so Gino came back out with color swatches to help us pick. We settled on a color, and then we confirmed agreement to move ahead. We were scheduled pretty quickly thereafter. Gino’s team showed up when they said they would. All of the workers were very kind and considerate. The gentleman “making” the gutters on the extruder even let me take pics of the machine and the process, which was very cool. Periodically I’d go out and check things and they’d ask if it was ok. On one piece of flashing, I noticed it had rounded edges and the other one on the other side of the house had square edges. I asked them if they could make them the same, and no problem! When they were done for the day, they had us check things out. One worker went around on an in-depth clean up process to ensure no errant screws, etc. Gino came out the following day to double check things, and he had one of his workers pull the ladder back out to make an adjustment—something we didn’t even notice! All in all, we’re very satisfied with the service we received from My Pittsburgh Gutters and when it comes time for a new roof, we absolutely will contact Gino for a quote for that project too!Posted on Google Marina KingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I inquired about a gutter cleaning estimate and I heard back within the same day. Not only did I receive a fairly-priced estimate for the job, they were able to complete the job the next day. I really appreciate the expedient service, and the time that they took to do a thorough job with the cleaning. I would definitely hire them again and refer this company to others. A gutter company in Pittsburgh needs to understand more than basic installation. Local experience affects gutter installation because Pittsburgh rainfall, terrain, older homes, trees, and roof shapes all change how water should be collected and moved away from the property.
Pittsburgh weather can send a lot of water into your gutter system quickly. On hillside lots, poor drainage can push that water toward basements, walkways, driveways, and foundations.
Pittsburgh experiences harsh freeze-thaw cycles that can impact gutter system performance. Water that sits in a gutter because of poor pitch or a clog can freeze, expand, and stress gutters, downspouts, hangers, seams, and fascia boards.
Many Pittsburgh neighborhoods have mature trees that drop leaves, seed pods, sticks, and roof debris into gutters. Cleaning, gutter guards, and properly placed downspouts can all play a role.
A reputable gutter company should inspect the areas around the gutter, not just the gutter itself. Fascia boards, roof edges, siding, and trim can show early signs of water damage.
We look at gutters, downspouts, pitch, leaks, overflow points, roof edges, fascia boards, and drainage around the home. The goal is to understand the cause, not just the symptom.
Sometimes a repair is the smart move. Sometimes old gutters, repeated leaks, poor installation, or corrosion make replacement the better value. We explain both options clearly.
For new gutters, we consider gutter style, size, material, downspouts, roof shape, and water volume. Traditional gutters are available in styles such as K-style and half-round, while seamless gutters are custom fit for fewer leak points.
We care about workmanship, communication, and a clean job site. Our team shows up with a plan, works carefully around your property, and treats your home like it matters.
We keep every project clear and low-stress. You should know what we found, what we recommend, what the project includes, and what to expect before we start.
Gutter material affects price, durability, appearance, maintenance, and lifespan. Aluminum gutters are common because they balance value, performance, and corrosion resistance. Vinyl can be budget-friendly in some situations. Steel can add strength. Zinc gutters can last up to 80 years with proper care, and copper gutters are a premium option with a higher project cost.
Cost can vary by linear feet, number of stories, gutter size, gutter material, downspouts, fascia condition, old gutter removal, gutter guards, repairs, and installation complexity. For planning, vinyl gutters may be about $900 for 100 feet, aluminum gutters about $950 for 100 feet, and copper gutters may cost up to $3,600 for 100 feet. Our Pittsburgh gutter cost calculator can help you estimate the project before scheduling an inspection.
We are local, family-owned, and led by Gino. We are not trying to be the biggest gutter company in the country. We are focused on serving Pittsburgh homeowners with honest recommendations, strong workmanship, and clear communication.
For more than 10 years, our team has worked on homes across the Pittsburgh area. We understand the homes, the weather, the neighborhoods, and the gutter problems local homeowners face year after year.
We do not recommend replacement when a practical repair will solve the problem. We also do not patch a failing system and pretend it will last if it will not.
Gutters protect more than the edge of your roof. They help protect siding, landscaping, sidewalks, basements, foundations, and entryways. When gutters fail, water damage can become expensive quickly.
When choosing a gutter installation company, gutter cleaning company, or gutter repair contractor, look for local experience, clear communication, online reviews, proof of insurance, and required registration or licensing for the work. Warranties usually separate material coverage from workmanship coverage.
We serve homeowners in Pittsburgh and nearby communities, including Wexford, Cranberry Township, Gibsonia, McCandless, Allison Park, Sewickley, Butler, Mars, Bethel Park, Monroeville, Upper St. Clair, Moon Township, and surrounding areas.
If you are not sure whether we serve your neighborhood, contact us and we will let you know. We keep our service area local so we can stay responsive and maintain the level of quality our customers expect.
If your gutters are leaking, overflowing, sagging, clogged, damaged, or simply too old to trust, we are ready to help. Tell us what you are seeing, and we will take a closer look.
Yes. We install new gutter systems for Pittsburgh homeowners, including seamless gutters, replacement gutters, downspouts, and related drainage improvements.
We repair gutters when repair is the right solution. We can help with leaks, loose gutters, sagging sections, pitch problems, damaged hangers, downspout issues, and overflow problems.
Many homes should have gutters cleaned at least twice a year, usually in spring and fall. Homes with heavy tree coverage may need more frequent maintenance.
Seamless gutters have fewer joints than sectional gutters, so they usually reduce leak points, improve water flow, and create a cleaner fit.
No. Good gutter guards can reduce debris buildup and make cleaning less frequent, but gutters and downspouts should still be checked.
If the problem is limited to a small leak, loose section, or downspout clog, repair may be enough. If the gutters are badly corroded, repeatedly leaking, poorly pitched, or pulling away from the house, replacement may be the better value.
Cost depends on the service, gutter length, number of stories, material, gutter size, downspouts, roofline complexity, fascia condition, guards, repairs, and access around the home.
